W.G. Moneysmith, W4NFR, has been enjoying HAM radio as an Extra class
licensee since 1961.
Bill enjoys all facets of radio, especially AM, CW, PSK-31, RTTY, Packet,
DSSTV, QRP and chasing DX.
He is an avid electronics and radio enthusiast, with a particular interest
in antennas.
He has written many technical articles and is a retired Electronics
Engineer. Current activities include
RV camping/traveling full-time, wood carving, gold panning, and metal
detecting with my wife Lydia.

Here
is one of my favorite meals....
16 oz Egg Noodles
Noodles and Chicken,
by Lydia
One stalk of celery chopped
Half of Onion chopped
¾ lb chicken chopped
Half can chicken broth (Half pot of Water)
½ cup Sour cream
8 oz can sliced mushrooms
Mushroom soup
½ cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bring water and broth to boil, add salt and stir.
Add celery and onion, stir and bring to boil.
Add chicken, stir and bring to boil.
Add noodles, stir while adding, stir on and on until boil.
Set timer for 8 minutes.
Stir in pepper
Stir occasionally until done.
Once done, dip out bowl of broth, (To add back if needed for moisture).
Finish draining noodles
Add Mushroom soup, Mushrooms (Drained) , ½ cup of sour cream
and 1/3 cup of Milk. Stir until well mixed.
If too dry, stir in some of saved broth.
